Option 1: Scan to Disk
You may scan your photo/document yourself or take it to a professional scanning service. Please tell the scanning personnel to scan your photo/document at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and save it to CD or DVD in an uncompressed file format.
You may then send us the disk, or email the image along with your order form.

Option 2: Send Us Your Originals
Simply print out the Order Form, fill in your information, and send it in a photo mailer along with your photo/slide/negative/document, and deposit check (if applicable*) to:

- If you do not have a photo mailer, place the photograph between two thick pieces of cardboard in an envelope. The stiffer the cardboard the better. Some cardboard tends to bend along it's corrugations, so consider using two pieces per side.
- If sending more than one photo, insert a sheet of clean white paper between each photo then place them in a large Zip-lock bag for better protection.
- Write "Photographs - Do Not Bend" at least once on the front and back of the mailer or envelope.
- Use any shipping service you prefer. Be sure to purchase shipping insurance if desired. FotoMend is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in shipping.
Option 2: Free pick-up and delivery in the Victor Valley area
Just send us an email or give us a call, and well schedule a time to pick-up your photos, anytime M-F 10am-6pm.
